    Project Objective<\/h2><\/div>

    BinderLess is an innovative online platform dedicated to the construction industry, aimed at revolutionizing the work of decision-makers in investment implementation through digitalization of the decision-making process and document workflow. We want to create a new quality of construction investment supervision by eliminating paper-digital dualism through democratizing access to appropriate tools designed for the construction industry.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    Better Verification<\/h3>\n

    Intelligently planned processes incorporating multi-level verification and corrections implemented at various approval stages will eliminate excessive communication and facilitate efficient decision-making, while a transparent process will help identify bottlenecks.<\/p>\n

    Accessibility<\/h3>\n

    BinderLess will ensure that all documents are securely stored in the cloud, providing access from anywhere in the world, at any time, and from any device. Everything in one place and at your fingertips – fewer binders, more concrete action. <\/p>\n

    Collaboration<\/h3>\n

    With BinderLess, investors, substitute investors, inspectors, and contractors, whose paths cross only during specific investment projects, will gain a shared online platform. This common platform will ensure that decision-making occurs without delays, mistakes, or inconsistencies. <\/p>\n

    Accelerated Document Workflow<\/h3>\n

    Our intelligent algorithms will ensure that requests requiring attention always reach the appropriate persons, and the entire process will be available in an accessible archive format. Additionally, the platform will send notifications only when documents require attention from decision-makers. <\/p>\n

    Project Activities<\/h2>\n

    The project envisions creating a complete internet platform dedicated to the construction industry, designed to handle the material submittal approval process. To achieve this ambitious goal, we plan to take the following steps: <\/p>\n

    • Development, analysis, and testing of the data model needed to handle the logic for storing and processing material submittals.<\/li>\n
    • Launch of the test environment<\/li>\n
    • Creation of a submittal approval process configurator<\/li>\n
    • Creation of a project addition module<\/li>\n
    • Addition of email notification service for active processes assigned to specific users<\/li>\n
    • Launch of cloud document storage service.<\/li>\n
    • Implementation of BinderLess on construction sites and conducting product iterations with clients.<\/li>\n
    • Creation of educational materials related to platform usage, such as videos and frequently asked questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
