We’re looking for ambitious, motivated people ready to kick off their career in tech sales.
This is a great entry point into the world of B2B sales, where you’ll get hands-on experience, real responsibility from day one, and the chance to grow with a supportive, high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Make cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our product

  • Identify potential customers that fit our Ideal Customer Profile

  • Build pipeline in Pipedrive and gather information about client needs and challenges

  • Schedule meetings with interested leads and collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities

  • Continuously improve your sales skills and techniques based on feedback and results

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales development goals

What we offer?
  • Salary 5000 PLN - 10 000 PLN OTE ( Salary base: 6000 PLN after completing 3 months of training ) with uncapped on-target earnings

  • Hybrid work with office on the Warsaw University of Technology Campus - Rektorska 4

Qualifications
  • Strong sense of ownership: independence, initiative, and drive to improve processes

  • High motivation and perseverance: resilience to rejection and willingness to make a high volume of calls daily

  • Excellent communication skills: spoken and written Polish, English proficiency is a plus

  • Active listening and curiosity: eagerness to understand client needs

  • Openness to feedback and readiness to learn quickly

  • Goal and results orientation: self-monitoring progress and striving to exceed targets

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-changing startup environment

  • Willingness to develop a career in B2B tech sales
