Development of a scalable method for digitization, archiving, and organization of building documents along with an online platform.

- Mapping methods and tools for document digitization
- Preparation of documents for piloting and file categorization as expected by the technology recipient
- Purchase of equipment and tools for digitization
- Analysis of required technology and system architecture
Test Solution, Planning of Full-Scale Implementation
- Preparation and testing of physical scanning processes
- Creation of a metadata framework
- Preparation of an OCR solution for archiving purposes
- Creation of archiving architecture and system
Platform Completion, Deployment with the Technology Recipient under Near-Real Conditions
- Digitization of a pilot batch of documents
- Archiving, segregation, and categorization of files within the online platform
- Conducting usability tests with end-users.
Project Outcomes
Digitized and organized construction document database according to guidelines.
