The RFI Module centralizes communication: you create an inquiry, assign it to a specific person, set a response deadline, and the system notifies the recipient. Unlike email, all inquiries and responses are in one place—without the risk of getting lost in an inbox. Additionally, you have a complete history of questions and answers, and anyone with access to this module can view previous clarifications without duplicating work.

Click “New Request”, add the material request form in PDF or drag it to the designated area, and AI will automatically suggest filling in the fields based on the form’s data. You can attach additional documents (declarations of conformity, technical data sheets) in any format in the attachments field.

Yes, BinderLess ensures that you don’t omit any important information while creating a material submittal. If any mandatory field is not filled in, the platform will not allow you to create the submittal and will clearly indicate which field requires your completion.

You can do this in several ways:
1. On the dashboard, you see queries requiring your action in specific modules, and you can go to them directly from this level.
2. You can also enter a specific module and filter it using tabs. In material requests, look for “Requiring Your Attention,” in design inquiries “Awaiting Your Action,” and in change orders “In Process.”
3. The third level of notifications is the bell icon in the upper right corner, which informs you about all changes.
4. Additionally, we also send email notifications – you can set their frequency and detail level.
