The collaboration began with an analysis of existing resources, setting goals, and preparing a digitization plan that could be implemented on the scale of a large office building.

BinderLess is a documentation management platform that allows companies to transition from paper binders to organized, digital archives. It combines digitization, classification, and automatic document organization functions in one place. Thanks to OCR and AI technology, users quickly find the information they need, without the necessity of manual file description. For CPI Property Group, this meant real time savings and greater control over documentation throughout the building's lifecycle.

Warsaw Financial Center – Context and Project Scale

Warsaw Financial Center is one of the most recognizable skyscrapers in Warsaw, commissioned in 1997. As a facility with a long operational history, it accumulated a vast archive of documentation – from executive designs to acceptance protocols and service documents. It is estimated to have occupied as much as 60 m² of office space and was contained in over 300 binders. CPI Property Group, as the building owner, decided to digitize all documentation, migrating it to the BinderLess platform.
